Noncompaction on scleroderma
Abstract
We read with interest the case report by Kalayci et
al. about a 40-year-old female with diffuse cutaneous
sclerosis (scleroderma) in whom left ventricular
hypertrabeculation/noncompaction (LVHT) was detected
upon echocardiographic investigation because
of cardiomegaly.[1] We have the following comments
and concerns.
